Roger A. Blinco, Jr., 29, of Homco Rd., Jacobsburg, OH died Fri., May 5, 2006 at home. He was born Aug. 31, 1976 in Bellaire, OH a son of Roger A. Blinco, Sr. of Martins Ferry, OH and the late Sue Ann (Williams) Blinco. In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents James and Christine Williams. He is survived by his father, two daughters Katrin M. and Samantha A. Blinco both of Martins Ferry, a brother James E. Blinco of Jacobsburg, a sister Christle S. Blinco of Martins Ferry, paternal grandparents Edward L. and Ethel Blinco of Martins Ferry, and several aunts and uncles. Friends will be received Sunday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be conducted Mon., May 8, 2006 at 10:00 AM with Pastor Bill Marinelli officiating. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH.
