Roger Allen Howell 68, of Dillonvale, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 in his residence.  He was born on March 31, 1952 in Martins Ferry a son of the late James and Mary (Custer) Howell.  He was a member of the Dillonvale United Methodist Church, served his country in the United States Navy and worked for the Norfolk and Western Railroad.  He was a member of the Dillonvale Eagles, Dillonvale Firemen's Club and the Yorkville V.F.W.

Roger is survived by his brother, Andrew (Christine) Hall; sisters, Susan Maxwell and Sandy (Nick) Nonack and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jim Howell.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic all service will be private.  Arrangements entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second St., Dillonvale.
