He was born January 22, 1949 in Martins Ferry, OH a son of the late William H. and Rose May (Fritzpatrick) Borck. Ronald was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Martins Ferry, OH. Surviving are his sisters; Sharon Borck of Bridgeport, OH and Jacqueline (Ronnie) Phillips of Martins Ferry Burial will be at the convenience of the family at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
