Obituary

Ronald L. Brown, 86, of Martins Ferry, OH, died Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at East Ohio Regional Hospital Long Term Care. He was born August 10, 1932 in Martins Ferry a son of the late Evan T. and Phoebe G. (Rees) Brown.
Ronald formerly worked for the Belmont County Metropolitan Housing Authority. He was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church of Martins Ferry.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his aunts, Hilda Brown and Lillian Duncan along with cousins: Larry Duncan, Russell and Jenny Duncan, and Evelyn Neavin.
Surviving are his cousins: Linda Ware, Rob Duncan, Jeff Duncan, Dave Duncan, Ken Neavin and Kevin Neavin.
Friends will be received at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH, Saturday, September 15, 2018 from 10 am until time of the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. William O. Webster officiating. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry.
Elders of the church will hold services at 11 a.m. in the funeral home.
