Ronald Leroy Crook, 80, of Lansing, Ohio, passed Monday November 19, 2012 at East Ohio Regional Hospital. He was born in Bellaire, Ohio on January 23, 1932, a son of the late Bryson and Freda Smith Crook. Ronald was a retired employee of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corp., a U.S.Army Veteran of the Korean War, and a member of the Lansing United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter Mary Crook. Ronald is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Carol Drewett Crook;sons: Ronald Crook Jr., David Crook, both of Wheeling, W.Va., Frank (Nicole) of Adena, Ohio, Norman (Kendra) of Jewett, Ohio, Eric (Erin) of Bridgeport, a daughter Sharon (Tom) Phillips of Glenford, Ohio, a sister Beverly Cash of Bridgeport, brothers: Lawrence (Eleanor) Crook of Flushing, Ohio, Calvin Crook of Florida, Garen (Andrea) Crook of Wheeling, W.Va.; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home,920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio where services will be held Saturday November 24, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
