Ronald E. Fletcher Ronald E. Fletcher, 77, of Walnut Ave., St. Clairsville, OH died Thurs., Sept. 4, 2003 at Peterson Rehabilitation Hospital, Wheeling, WV. He was born June 14, 1926 in Cambridge, OH a son of the late John and Mary Stewart Fletcher. He was a retired President for M. Marsh & Son, Wheeling, WV, a member of the American Legion Post # 38 of Martins Ferry, V.F.W Post #5356, St. Clairsville, Board of Directors for West Virginia Wholesaler's Association, Board of Directors for Cigar Association of American and a veteran of U.S. Army, WWII. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Jo Ann Hinkle Fletcher, a grandson, two brothers John and Paul Fletcher. Surviving are two sons Ronald R. Fletcher and his wife Rea Ann of Thornton, CO and James D. Fletcher and his wife Shawn of Martins Ferry, a daughter Ronda Hess and her husband Gregory of Powell, OH, a sister Leota Singer and her husband Albert of Martins Ferry and four grandchildren Heidi Hess of Dublin, Bradford Hess and his wife Erinne of The Colony, TX, and Hayden and Haley Fletcher of Martins Ferry. Friends will be received Sun 12 - 3 PM and 6 - 8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Mon., Sept. 8, 2003 at 11:00 AM with Marty Morrison officiating. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH with full military graveside services by the Belmont County Council of V.F.W.
