Ronald L. Howard 61 of Glen Robbins passed away on Saturday March 19, 2022, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born March 30, 1960, in Martins Ferry, a son of the late George W. Sr. and Dolores (Kolakowski) Howard.

He was retired from IBEW local #246 Steubenville, and TS Electric in Richmond. He was a member of the Glen Robbins Presbyterian Church and loved to ride his dirt bike with his dog Opossum, he loved the Dallas Cowboys and fishing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother George Howard Jr.

Ron is survived by his loving wife of 41 years Tammy (Hayman) Howard, his daughters Kellie Howard of Dayton, and Tiffany (Joe) Ribar of Wintersville, his siblings Anthony (Cindy) Howard, David (Diana) Howard, Debra Starr, and Vicki Caplinger all of Glen Robbins, and Cathy Howard of Tiltonsville, grandchildren Hannah, Rodney, and Abby Meeker, Jordan, and Joby Ribar.

Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 103 Main Street Tiltonsville on Tuesday March 22, 2022, from 1-3 pm and 6-8 pm with the funeral services to be conducted at 3 pm with Rev. David Green officiating. Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
