Ronald P. Neal, 57, of Fairview St., S. E. North Canton, OH, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH died Sunday, Oct. 11, 2009 at Senecaville, OH. He was born Aug. 16, 1952 in Martins Ferry a son of Tim and Violet "Vi" (Thrasher) Neal of N. Canton. He was an insurance agent with Farmers Insurance. Ron was a Presbyterian by faith. He was preceded in death by a brother Tim Neal. Surviving in addition to his parents are a son Christopher Neal, a daughter Angela Neal both of Canton, OH, two sisters Sheila (Jim) Fox of Martins Ferry, and Kelley Neal of Delaware, OH, two brothers Mark Neal of Canton, and David (Heather) Neal of Akron, and his companion Diane Hutt of Canton. Friends will be received Tuesday2-4 & 6-9 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH. Friends will then be received Wednesday 2-4 & 6-9 pm at the Reed Funeral Home, 801 Pittsburg Ave., N. W. North Canton, OH where services will be held Thursday, Oct. 15, 2009 at 11:00 am with Rev.
