TOGETHER AGAIN:

Rosalie C. Zavatsky 91, of Bridgeport passed away Friday December 29, 2023, at Wheeling Hospital. She was born August 20, 1932, in Bellaire, a daughter of the late Leo and Marie (Perunko) Bakosh.

She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, and a retired Registered Nurse at Bellaire Hospital.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband Frank Zavatsky, and one brother and three sisters.

Rosie is survived by her daughters Carmela (Bill) Grover of Bridgeport, Michelle (David) Biery of Warwood, Lisa (Bruce) Cunningham of St. Clairsville, and Denise Borsos of Martins Ferry, seven grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.

According to Rose's wishes there will be no visitation and private interment will be held at Linwood Cemetery Blaine. Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside assisting the family. The family would like to thank the caregivers and nursing staff at Park Health for all the special care they gave Rose.
