Rosalie L. (Fleahman) Harris, 82, of St. Clairsville, OH, died Monday, August 10, 2020 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. She was born April 24, 1938 in Martins Ferry, OH a daughter of the late George and Violet A. (Burwell) Fleahman.

Rosalie was a member of the St. Clairsville Senior Center.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank T. Harris, sister, Eunice "Leland" Sutton, brother, Jerry Fleahman, and grandson, Kalib.

Surviving are her children: Frank (Rose) Harris, Jr. of Monroe, MI, Alan (Carrie) Harris of Barnesville, OH, and Kimberly (Kevin) Frakowski of Maynard, OH, grandchildren: Erin (Shay) Neddo, Brian (Andrea) Harris, Alan (Paige) Harris, Jr., Konnor, and Kraig Frakowski and nine great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held Friday, August 14, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry with Scott Black officiating.

Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry. Condolences to the family may be made by signing the guest book at the top of this posting.
