Obituary

Rose R. Malin, 91 of Bridgeport passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 1, 2022, at Rolling Hills Nursing Care Center. She was born February 3, 1931, in Wheeling, WV the daughter of the late Elmer and Nancy Cole.

She was retired from self-employment as a Housekeeper. Rose was a member and Deacon of the Kirkwood Presbyterian Church, and a member of the Eastern Star. Rose enjoyed camping at the Sally Buffalo Park as well as Square Dancing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband Norman Malin, one half-sister and six half-brothers.

Rose is survived by her son David and his wife Renee Malin of Bridgeport and fur-granddogger Waldo.

Friends will be received Tuesday, September 6, 2022, from 4 to 8 at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, and Wednesday September 7, 2022, from 10 till time of service at 11 am at the Kirkwood Presbyterian Church, Rev. David Demarest officiating. Burial to follow at Farmington Cemetery in Colerain.
