Rose Marie Kompier 90 of Adena, passed away Sunday May 10, 2026, at Forest Hills Health Care and Rehab. Center St. Clairsville. She was born June 12, 1935, in Barton, a daughter of the late John G. Sr. and Anna Marie (Palechko) Figuray.

Rose was a retired employee for the IGA Grocery Store in Colerain, and a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents Rose was preceded in death by her loving husband Stephen R. Kompier, a son Jeffery Micheal Kompier, siblings George M. Paul, John, and James Figuray, Elizabeth Kovacs, and Margaret Klier.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Robert Kompier, brother, Stephen (Shirley) Figuray, sister, JoAnn M. Black, favorite cousin, Sandy Zielinski and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a Memorial Mass at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church Pleasant Grove at a time to be announced. Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside assisting the family.
