Rose M. (Speece) McMillen, 78, of Northern Pike, Monroeville, PA formerly of Martins Ferry OH died Fri., Sept. 29, 2006 in The Cedars of Monroeville, Monroeville, PA. She was born Mar., 20, 1928 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Ernest and Bertha (Schmocker) Speece. She was retired from Bank One, Columbus, OH and a former employee of Fidelity Bank, Martins Ferry. Rose was a member of the Christian Church, Worthington, OH. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Mary Ann Speece. Surviving are two sons Bob (Stephanie) McMillen of Tulsa, OK and Jim (Joan) McMillen of Holmesville, OH, a sister Betty Aldridge of Indianapolis, IN, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Friends will be received Mon., 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Tues., Oct. 3, 2006 at 11:00 AM with Minister Rod Kasler officiating.
