Roselee (Montgomery) Bell, 37, of N. 9th St., Martins Ferry, OH died Tues., Sept. 28, 2004 at home. She was born Aug. 9, 1967 in Oakridge, TN a daughter of Anna L. (Edmonds) Twardoski of Martins Ferry and Wilbur Montgomery of Bridgeport. She was preceded in death by a brother James O. Montgomery, her grandmothers Rosa Edmonds and Marguerite Cothran and two aunts Cora Smith and Artha Headley. Surviving in addition to her parents are her step-father Albert Twardoski, two sons Ace Montgomery and Damian Lindamood, a daughter Diamond Rose Bell, and her boyfriend James Wallace. Friends will be received Sat. 6-8 PM and Sun. 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Mon., Oct. 4, 2004 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Roland Boggs officiating. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH.
