Rosella S. Mitchell, 81, of Martins Ferry, passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021, in Wheeling Hospital.  She was born in Wheeling on August 20, 1940, the only daughter of Louis and Elda (Turro) Frasnelli Sr.  Rose was a member of St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church, retired from Citizens Bank, volunteered at the St. Francis Cabrini food pantry, and loved spending time with her family, friends, and neighbors.

She is survived by her daughter, Kim Mitchell; two brothers, Bob (Rosemary) Frasnelli and Bill (Mary) Frasnelli and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Louis Frasnelli Jr.

Friends may call Thursday from 4-7 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 11 am in St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church, 72581 Colerain Rd., Colerain, OH, with Father Thomas Chillog officiating.  Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery, Blaine.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Belmont County Animal Shelter, 45244 National Rd., St. Clairsville, OH  43950.
