Rosemarie Burke, 80, of Bridgeport, Ohio, passed Wednesday August 6, 2014 at Valley Hospice South, Liza's Place, Wheeling, W.Va. She was born in Lansing, Ohio on December 8, 1933, a daughter of the late Alex and Elizabeth Pogan Nemeth. Rosemarie was a retired employee of Quinn Development as an office manager; and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters: Margaret LaVoie, Ester Roberts, Liz Malone, and Irene Ehni. Rosemarie is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, John "Jack" Burke; a son Rick Burke of Beaver PA., daughters: Jackie (George) Petersen of Colerain, Terri (Pat) Crawford of Grove City, Ohio; grandchildren: Aaron & Rebecca Petersen of Colerain; Alycia & Nathan Crawford of Grove City, Ohio; many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio, where vigil service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday August 9, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wolfhurst.
