Buckles, Rosetta Louise (nee Fitzgerald), 66, of Flushing, Ohio passed away Monday, July 11, 2011 at Regency Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, after a strong eight month battle resulting from an auto accident in October of 2010. She was born August 27, 1944 in Holloway, Ohio and was a 1962 graduate of Flushing High School. The eleventh of twelve children, Rosetta maintained a strong bond with her five brothers and six sisters. She enjoyed taking care of attending the annual Fitzgerald Family Reunion (formerly the Stephen Family Reunion). This year celebrating at least 80 years. Rosetta will be remembered always for being there for others, especially her three sons and grandchildren, for being resilient, stubborn, and a very loving person. Rosetta was always on the go and always had smile on her face. She learned a lot from her mother, most notable these three things; Faith, Hope, and Love. Blessed assurance was abundant to both, Rosetta and her mother over their lifetime. They are now together in Heaven. She is preceded in death by her parents, Howard Lee and Rebecca Lillian Stephen Fitzgerald; sister, Ruth V. Shipley; and brother, Donald L. (Sharon) Fitzgerald. Rosetta is survived by sons, Aaron E. Buckles, Brandon E. Buckles, and Jason E. Buckles; grandchildren, Austen Buckles (mother Betty), Zachary Buckles and Jenna Cleveland (mother Kim); siblings, Marguerite L. Howell, Verna M. Schlatt, Hilda C. Sullivan, Irene Fitzgerald, John A. (Joanne) Fitzgerald, Doris A. (Paul) Bartley, David B. (Narda) Fitzgerald, Denver D. (Judy Wilson) Fitzgerald, and Michael (Jo Ellen) Fitzgerald; special niece, Dana Ray; and many nieces, nephews, relative and friends.
