URWIN, ROY E. , 82 of Lansing, Ohio passed away on August 15, 2011 at Park Health Center in St. Clairsville, Ohio. He was born November 13, 1928 and raised in Bellaire, Ohio by his grandparents, John and Ivy Stewart. Roy will be forever cherished but sadly missed by his wife of 50 years, Dorothy (Kovalick) Urwin; his daughters, Anne Urwin and Mary Urwin-Lyle; his son-in-law, Eric Lyle and his grandchildren, Madison and Michael Lyle. Roy worked in retail as a buyer at L.S. Good & Company and later for Bernhardt's in Wheeling until his retirement in 1993. He later worked at the Hampton Inn in Wheeling and St. Clairsville.He was a member the Lansing Sportsman Club, Knights of Columbus of Bridgeport and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wolfhurst.Friends will be received Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio, where services will be held Thursday, August 18, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev.
