Ruby Jane Stewart, 88, of Bridgeport, OH died May 23, 2018 at her home, surrounded by family.  She was born March 14, 1930, in Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Edward and Mamie (Donahue) Gillenwater.  Ruby was a retired housekeeper for Holiday Inn in St. Clairsville, OH, and a Baptist by faith.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her former husband, Forrest J. Stewart Sr.; children, Raymond Stewart, Aldina Sorgman, Rondall Stewart, infant son, Terry Lee Stewart; and several siblings.  She is survived by her children, LaDonna (Richard) Palmer Sr., of Bridgeport, OH, Forrest (Tilda) Stewart Jr. of Piedmont, OH, Henry (Jeannie) Stewart of Belmont, OH, Michael (Paula) Stewart of Wheeling, WV; nineteen grandchildren; thirty-three great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and several brothers and sisters.  Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, Bridgeport, OH.  To offer online condolences please visit wilsonfuneralhomes.com.
