Ruth L. Bosley, 83, formerly of Hickory St., Martins Ferry, OH died Saturday, September 9, 2006 at Crestview Health Care Center, St. Clairsville, OH. She was born October 25, 1921 in Wheeling, WV the daughter of the late James W. and Ella H. (Trouten) Bosley. Friends will be received Monday 6-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Tuesday, September 12, 2006 at 10:00 AM with Rev. William O.
