Ruth V. (Klukas) Milbert, 91, of Gables Care Center, Hopedale, OH, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH died Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011 at Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville, OH. She was born Sept. 20, 1920 in Shadyside, OH a daughter of the late John J. and Emma (Evans) Klukas. She was a member of the former Martins Ferry Eagles Aerie #456 Ladies Auxiliary. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Richard Milbert, a son Richard L. Milbert, three brothers David, Julius, and Elmer Klukas, three sisters Margaret Schrader, Albertina Bentz, and Minnie Pearson. Surviving are a son Earl (Debbie) Milbert of Freeport, OH, daughter-in-law Connie Milbert, two grandchildren Richard (Lynn) Milbert, and Angela Milbert, several great grandchildren, and several nephews and nieces. Friends will be received Tuesday 4-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2011 at 11:00 am with Rev. Thomas N.
