Ruth E. (Littleton) Singhaus, 83, of Colerain, OH, died Sunday, March 10, 2013 at her residence. She was born Feb. 12, 1930 in Avondale, OH a daughter of the late Howard E. and Helen (Stephens) Littleton. Ruth was a member of the Colerain Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by husband Robert M. "Bob" Singhaus, a son Clarence Singhaus, a daughter Helen Hartong and a brother Bob Littleton. Surviving are her sons; Ralph (Marjorie) Singhaus of Newark, OH, Robert Ray Singhaus and Thomas (Stacey) Singhaus both of Colerain, daughters; Audrey Singhaus of Benwood, WV and Millie (Charles) Holley of Jacobsburg, OH, her brothers; Howard Littleton, Jr. of Georgia, Richard "Dick" Littleton of Cambridge, OH, James Littleton of Bellaire, OH and Tom (Ruth) Littleton of Alledonia, OH, her sisters; Joyce Elerick of Barnesville, OH, Beatrice Watson of Scottsdale, AZ and Esther Barton of Tracy, CA, fourteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH, Wednesday, 2-4 & 6-8 pm. Visitation will continue Thursday, March 14, 2013 from 10 am until time of services at 11:00 am at the Colerain Presbyterian Church with Pastor Joe Ellis officiating.
