Ruth Murray 93 of Dillonvale, died Saturday July 6, 2019 at Trinity Medical Center West. She was born January 21, 1926 in Dillonvale, a daughter of the late Clarence and Agnes (Vlcek) Smith.

She was a retired bookkeeper for the New Cooperative Company, and a member of the Dillonvale United Methodist Church, the CSA lodge, and the Dillonvale Garden Club.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband William E. Murray.

Ruth is survived by her son George (Jeanne) Murray of Toronto, a special niece Martha and her husband Fred of Oregon, and a special thanks' to her caregivers Becky and Michael.

Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 154 Second St. Dillonvale on Tuesday July 9, 2019 from 3-8 pm where services will be held on Wednesday at 11 am with Rev. James Hoff officiating, interment in Highland Cemetery Mt. Pleasant. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Steubenville Urban Mission 311 N. 6th St Steubenville, Ohio 43952
