Ryan J. Seckman, 40, of Barnesville, Ohio, died Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at East Ohio Regional Hospital. He was born June 22, 1974 in Wheeling, West Virginia, son of the late Carla F. Stephen. A graduate of Barnesville High School and Belmont Career Center, specializing in drafting, Ryan had a passion for life with an infectious smile that could make anyone laugh. He is survived by his sister, Courtney E. Crick; grandparents, Dave and Rose Mary Stephen; aunts and uncles, Rise (Art) Gibson, Chris Stephen, Matthew (Jill) Stephen all of Barnesville; his very special niece, Calista - his princess; and cousins, Josh (Christy), Bain, Tate, Cole, Cade, Erica (Matt), Quinn, Drew (Jessica), Londyn, Xander, Cruz, Jacey, and Jett. Family and friends may visit, Friday from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m., Kelly Kemp Braido & Patron Funeral Home, 702 E. Main Street, Barnesville, Ohio. A graveside service will immediately follow visitation at Somerton Cemetery, Somerton, Ohio, where Ryan will be laid to rest next to his mother. Father Dave Cornett presiding.
