Sadie Lee Rogers

Sadie Lee Rogers, 76 of Bridgeport, passed away Tuesday September 8, 2026, at her home. She was born June 2, 1950, in Rural Cabin Creek West Virginia, a daughter of the late Wallie and Charlette (Martin) Rogers.

Sadie was a retired self-employed contractor, she enjoyed playing Keno, and her Boston Terriers. She went to West Virginia college of technology and graduated in 1979! She had certificates for banking, self-employment training, automotive tech, and tax preparation.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings Henry Rogers, Gloria Jean Kelley, William “Billy” Roy Rogers, JoAnn Louise Burford, Charlotte Suzann Kilayko, Elisabeth Kay Giles, Francis Loraine Potell, Terance McMillen Rogers, and Herschel Wilford Rogers.

Sadie is survived by her children Amanda Rogers, and William (Melissa) Rogers, her sister Amie Artino, her grandchildren Dejah Rogers, Breanna Thomas, Jayden, and Charlie Rogers.

According to Sadie’s wishes there will be no visitation, and private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside assisting the family.
