Samuel Bumbico, 76, of S. Fourth St., Martins Ferry, OH died Friday, July 15, 2005 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. He was born Mar. 2, 1929 in Chester, WV a son of the late Joseph and Rose (Costa) Bumbico. He was a retired truck driver for the City of Martins Ferry, a member of the Italian-American Club and the Polish National Alliance both of Martins Ferry, a veteran of the U.S. Army, and a Catholic. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers Nick, Louis, and Joseph Bumbico and four sisters Catherine Bumbico, Mary Moore, Minnie Bucci, and Betty Albano. Surviving are his wife Donna L. (Trouten) Bumbico, two daughters Karen (William) Tucker of Colerain and Carol (John) Roberts of St. Clairsville, a son Nick J. Bumbico of Martins Ferry, five grandchildren Josh (Erica) Tucker, Lamont Tucker, and Shane Bumbico, and John and James Roberts, and two great grandchildren Jaren and Caden Tucker. Friends will be received Sunday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Monday, July 18, 2005 at 10:00 AM. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
