Samuel C. Moore, III Samuel C. "Bo" Moore, III, 48, of Cemetery Rd., Martins Ferry, OH died Wed., Feb. 13, 2002 at Bailey Coal Mine, West Finley Twp., PA. He was born Dec. 3, 1953 in Martins Ferry a son of Rhoda M. Mills Moore and the late Samuel C. Moore, Jr. He was an employee of the Bailey Mine of Consol Pennsylvania Coal Co. of West Finley Twp., PA, a former electrician for the City of Martins Ferry, and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. In addition of his father he was preceded in death by a sister Roseann Moore and a brother Donald W. Moore. Surviving are his wife Susan K. Shue Moore, three sons Samuel C. Moore, IV of the home, Richard A. Moore of Bellaire, and Johnathon L. Moore of the home, his mother Rhoda M. Mills Moore of Martins Ferry, three brothers Joseph W. Moore of W. Palm Beach, FL, Randy L Moore of St. Clairsville, and Timothy A. Moore and his wife Crystal of Martins Ferry, and a granddaughter Samantha Jean Moore. Friends will be received at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM where services will be held Sat. at 11:00 AM with Minister Terry Erwin officiating. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry.
