Samuel F. Tucker Samuel F. Tucker, 51, of N. 7th St., Martins Ferry, died Sun. July 27, 2003 at home. He was the son of the late Gloria Nardone Prager. He is surviving by several cousins including Tina Milleonos and John Leluika. Private services were held at the convenience of the family. Heslop Funeral Home in charge of the arrangement.
