Sandra L. (Baker) Wiggins, 67, of St. Clairsville, OH, formerly of Colerain, OH, went into the loving arms of her Lord on Sunday, June 2, 2013 at Forest Hills Retirement Community surrounded by her daughter, son-in-law, and grandson. She was born June 14, 1945 in Martins Ferry, OH a daughter of the late Frank E. and Lulu Belle (McKnight) Baker. Sandra was a former member of the First Christian Church of Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Wiggins, three sisters; Ruth Hicks, Regina Leach and Shirley Hendricks and her brother Donald Baker. Surviving are her daughter, Kathy (Lee) Green of Independence, KS, her grandson, Robby Fish of St. Clairsville, two brothers; William H. and Frank Baker and a sister, Lillian Misenhelder. Private Graveside Services will be held at the convenience of the family in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH with Minister Rod Kasler officiating.
