Sandra M. "Sandy" (Feorene) Renforth, 72, of Rayland, OH, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH died Nov. 27, 2009 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV. She was born May 11, 1937 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Nick A. and Elizabeth S. "Liz" (Oddis) Feorene. Sandy was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Martins Ferry. Surviving are her husband Charles L. Renforth, four sons Charles Renforth, Jr. of Rayland, OH, Nick (Sylvia) Renforth of Martins Ferry, Jay Renforth of High Point, NC, and Kevin Renforth of Rayland, a daughter Melissa (Tommy) Sobota of Adena, OH, a sister Rita Feorene of Rayland, five grandchildren Nick Renforth, Jr., Ashley Maple, Priscilla Ramirez, and Tom and Bryon Sobota, and seven great grandchildren. Members of the family will receive friends Monday 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2009 at 10:00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Martins Ferry with Rev. Thomas A. Magary officiating. Burial follows in St. Mary's Cemetery, Martins Ferry. Rosary devotions will be recited Monday at 3:00 pm in the funeral home.
