Sandra Kay Tennyson Honecker 76, of Blaine died Monday March 14, 2016 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born January 21, 1940 in Wheeling, a daughter of the late William J. and Tillie I. (Day) Barritt. She was a retired Nursing Assistant, a member of the Wheeling Eagles, the Bridgeport Legion, and a life time member of the Powhatan VFW. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother James Saffell, and a sister Betty J. Heagy. Sandy is survived by her sons Randal J. (Linda) Tennyson of Winterville, and Gregory S. Honecker Sr. of Blaine, and Norman E. (Amy) Honecker Jr. of Pickerington, and her sister Shirley (Steve) Leshuk of Oscoda, MI. five grandchildren Tressie Elaine Tennyson, Gregory S. Honecker Jr. Jared N. Honecker, Ryan J. Honecker, and Nicholas A. Honecker, three great grandchildren Troy, Landon, and Allison Kay, also several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Friday March 18, 2016 from 5-8 pm, where services will be held on Saturday at 11 am with Rev.
