Sandra Kay Hungerman 78, of Osgood, IN, passed away Saturday December 10, 2022, at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born February 14, 1944, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a daughter of the late Earl E. and Delora E. (Donley) Hungerman.

She was a housewife and a Christian.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Michael Hungerman.

Sandy is survived by her son Earl William Kemp of Osgood, IN, brothers Roger (Aggie) Hungerman of FL, and George Hungerman of AL.

Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Heslop Chapel 415 Walnut St. Martins Ferry, Ohio on Friday December 16, 2022, from 4-8 pm, where services will be held at 11 am on Saturday with Rev. James Hoff officiating, interment at Riverview Cemetery Martins Ferry.
