Obituary

Sandra Jo (Parker) Brown, 76, of Martins Ferry, OH, died Monday, July 11, 2016 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, WV. She was born March 6, 1940 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Earl V. and Eula (Haynes) Parker. She retired from TLC Home Health and was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Bridgeport, OH. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers; James, Harold and Richard Parker and Harold "Runt" Richardson, and sisters; Katherine Owens and Vivian Jenkins. Surviving are her husband, William D. Brown, children; Alison Brown of Pickerington, OH, Donna Brown of Bridgeport, Brett Brown of Pickerington and Stacey Brown of Martins Ferry, sisters; Jada Dalton of Toronto, OH and Nada Ray of Bridgeport, OH, grandchildren; Linnzi Tatman, Morgan Homko, Erica (Brad) LaFontaine, Caighton Brown and Bradley Brown and great grandchildren; Magdalene, Hosanna, Naomi and Laurel Tatman, Skylei Alsobrook, Deija and Ireland, LaFontaine, Jaden Honeywood and Taiven Brown. Family and friends will be received at Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH, Thursday, 4 to 8 p.m. and Friday, July 15, 2016 from 10 a.m. until time of services at 12 noon with Elder James Agnew, III and Rev. Tom Marut officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH. Condolences to the family may be made by signing the guest book below.
