Sandra Kay (Butler) Ruskin, 67, of Bellaire, Ohio, passed Sunday October 19, 2014 at home. She was born in Wheeling, W.Va. on December 31, 1946, a daughter of the late Charles and Katherine (Knierim) Butler. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Mary Holmes, son: Jerry Ruskin Jr., daughter Wanda Jean Ruskin, granddaughter: Lela Marie Palmer Ruskin; brothers: Charles, Randall, Stephen, and Thomas Butler. Sandra is survived by her longtime companion Marshall Clayton; sons: Duane Ruskin of Bellaire, Jay Ruskin of Flushing, Ohio; daughters: Bonnie Ruskin and Tina Bamberger, both of Wheeling; sisters: Diane Rush of Bethlehem, WV and Vesta Butler of Wheeling; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family is being assisted by Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio. Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.
