Sandra Lou Mills, 77, of Martins Ferry, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2022, in Wheeling Hospital. She was born on July 19, 1944, in Smithfield a daughter of the late William and Anna (Dripczyk) Wiczulis.

Sandy was a District Sales Manager for the Martins Ferry Times Leader for over 20 years, a member of the Martins Ferry Eagles and the Mackey Community Center and enjoyed fishing and camping in the summer months and Bingo in the winter months.

She is survived by two daughters, Karla Mills, and Kimberly (Rex) Hall; a son, James (Becky) Mills; a brother, Carl (Elaine) Wiczulis; 5 grandchildren, Fawna Kidder, Jordan Hall, Jillian Mills, Jayllex Mills and James Mills; 4 great grandchildren, Kiara Kidder, Kayana Kidder, Jameson Kidder, and Allie Hall.

Sandy was preceded in death by her parents; 4 sisters and a brother.

Friends may call Tuesday from 11 am to 1 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1 pm in the funeral home with Reverend James Hoff officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
