Sandra L. Milovac, 75 of Bellaire, OH went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on Monday, February 13, 2023, at Liza's Place surrounded by her family.  She was born November 2, 1947, the daughter of the late Thomas Wayne and Anna (Yeater) Younkins in Martins Ferry, OH.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter; April Dawn Vah, and brothers; David and Bruce Younkins.

Sandy graduated from Martins Ferry High School, class of 1965, where she studied cosmetology. She was a devout member of the First Christian Church of Martins Ferry.  Her actions and the way she lived her life were examples to her family of how she served the Lord.  She touched so many lives with her love for life and Christian attitude.

She was retired from the Belmont County Senior Services as the Director, manager of Four-Star Sports, Shackleford's, Maxwell, District Manager for the Times Leader, a member of the Barton Fire Department an EMT Advanced as well as a Cadet Advisor that paved the way for girls to join.

Sandy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she was a woman of many talents and interest, however, her greatest joy in life was her family and spending time with them, she was the ultimate mother and grandmother to her family.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 36 years David Milovac, sons; Ronald (Debbie) Vah, Jr. of Martins Ferry, Scott Vah, of St. Clairsville, daughter; Deanna Briddell of Ocean City, MD, stepdaughters; Marissa (Jim) Rega of Mt. Pleasant, PA, and Heather (Phil) Thomas of Virginia Beach, VA, 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, from 2-4 and 6-8 at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside, and Thursday, February 16, 2023, for the Funeral Service at 11am at the Funeral home with Rev. Rod Kasler officiating.  Burial to follow at the Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
