Sara B. (Shirk) Kitlak, 45, of Martins Ferry, OH died Sunday, Nov. 27, 2011 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. She was born Aug. 22, 1966 in Pittsburgh, PA a daughter of Kay (Barchfeld) Shirk and the late Mel Shirk. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her brother James A. Shirk. Surviving are her mother of Pittsburgh, her husband Joseph R. Kitlak, a daughter Ashley M Shirk and a son Matthew R. Kitlak both of the home, and a close friend Thomas Haydin. Friends will be received Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2011, 3 pm until time of Memorial Services at 5:00 pm with Rev. William O. Webster officiating at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH.
