Sarah E. (Plumb) Marsh, 87, of Don St., Martins Ferry, OH died Monday, September 9, 2008 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born May 12, 1921 in Zanesville, OH a daughter of the late Harvey and Elizabeth (Maxwell) Plumb. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. Surviving are her husband of seventy years Fred A. Marsh, three daughters Verzella J. Leach of Freeport, OH, Marlene Snyder of Minerva, OH and Judith A. (Kenneth) Bandi of Rayland, OH, nine grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. Friends will be received Thursday September 11, 2008 from 10:00 am until time of service at 12:00 pm with John Oliver officiating at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH.
