Shirley was protestant by faith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert West and siblings; Russell and Fred Alltop, Nettie Johnson, Ann Walker, Murldine Rice, Dorothy Gump and Eleanor Danehart. Surviving are her niece, Patty (Karl) Shafer of Martins Ferry, OH. Interment will at the convenience of the family. Condolences to the family may be made by signing the guest book below.
