Shirley A. (Castello) Laughman, 91, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away peacefully on August 30, 2022 at Forest Hills Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center.  She was born on April 4, 1931, a daughter of the late Grover and Ruth (Perkins) Phillips.

Shirley was a homemaker and a loving mother to ten children.  She enjoyed spending time with family and traveling to many places.  She also had fun going to the casino.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two loving husbands, Bernard Castello and Gene Laughman; two children, Judy Arnold and Gary Castello; a great grandson, Logan Castello, and several siblings.

She is survived by children, David Castello, Joyce Toohey, Karen (Bob) Yockey, Candace (Joe) Lucas, Pam (Mike) Jeffers, Bernard Castello, Jr., Phillip (Stephanie) Castello, Lori (Mike) Castello along with several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.  A special thanks to a niece, Linda Phillips and a companion and caretaker, Audra Tyrell.

Friends and family are invited for visitation on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at Wilson Funeral Home, Bethesda Chapel, 322 North Main St., Bethesda, Ohio 43719 from 11am to time of service at 1pm.  Burial to follow at Ebenezer Cemetery.
