SHIRLEY ANN (LYNN) WHALEY
Shirley Ann (Lynn) Whaley, 87, passed away at Summit Acres Nursing home in Caldwell. She was born to the late Orville Lynn and Mary (Calhoun) Lynn of Morristown.
A 1950 graduate of St. Clairsville High School, she worked as a bookkeeper for Dulaney Chevrolet, Belmont County Water Department, and Sebulsky Steel. Shirley was a warm and caring person who touched many lives in her 87 years.
In addition to her parents, Shirley is predeceased by brothers, Harry, Russell, Bill, and Charles Lynn; sister, Helen (Lynn) Janoski; sons, Mark and Michael Whaley; nieces and nephews.
Beautiful memories remain to those Shirley leaves behind; daughter, Lori Whaley (Greg) Tilton of Caldwell; daughter-in-law, Diana Whaley of Bethesda; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one niece; three nephews; and many great-nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be welcome for visitation, Saturday, February 22, 2020 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm and Sunday, February 23, 2020 from 1:00 pm until the time of service following at 2:00 pm, Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, 322 N. Main Street, Bethesda. Shirley's great-nephew, Pastor Doug Lynn will be officiating. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery, Morristown.
