Shirley E. (Marr) Wines, 66, of Martins Ferry, OH died Friday, Jan. 23, 2015 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born Feb. 25, 1948 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Robert and Margaret (Weatherson) Marr. Shirley is a member of the First Christian Church, Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Betty Lou Jones. Surviving are her husband Charles Wines, two daughters; Tracey (Jeff Warner) Guy of Barnesville, OH and Tina Wines of Barton, OH, two sons; Wayne Wines and Robert Shafer both of Martins Ferry, eleven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Friends will be received Monday, Jan. 26, 2015 from 10:00 am until time of service at 1:00 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH with Rev. William O. Webster officiating.
