Shirley A. (Miller) Ross, 62, of Yorkville, OH, formerly of St. Clairsville, OH went to be with the Lord Sun., Dec. 26, 2004 at Rosewood Manor Nursing Home, Yorkville. She was born December 14, 1942 in Martins Ferry a daughter of John Miller and Mary L. (McPeak) Welshans . She was a former aide for the Belco Crafts of St. Clairsville. Surviving in addition to her father and step-mother Evelyn Miller of Colerain and her mother of Martins Ferry are two sons Richard P. Battles of Martins Ferry and Chad (Yeu Sen) Ross of Philadelphia, PA, a daughter Patricia A. (Dennis) Price of Ingram, TX, a brother Darryl E. (Paulette) Miller of Salem, IN, three sisters Carolyn (Harry) Lekien of Palm Coast, FL, Linda (Alfred) Dolfi and Sharon Blount and her companion Michael all of Martins Ferry, two grandchildren Adrienne and Abigail Battles and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Wed Dec. 29, 2004 noon until time of service at 1:30 PM with Minister Rod Kasler officiating at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to the Rosewood Manor Nursing Home, 212 Fourth St., Yorkville, OH 43971.
