Shirley Ann Fiscus, 86 of St. Clairsville passed away Friday, March 17, 2023, at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry surrounded by her loving family.  She was born October 5, 1936, the daughter of the late Joseph and Bertha (Laurent) Morgan.

Shirley was a loving, devoted wife, sister, and aunt. She was a lady of many talents and interest, however her greatest joy came from spending time with her family and attending or volunteering at Church. She was a member of Thoburn United Methodist Church of St. Clairsville, Captina Order of Eastern Star #489, Red Hat Society, and a proud graduate of the Bridgeport High School, class of 1954.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond L. Fiscus, brother, Thomas Morgan and sister-in-law, Sharon Hare Morgan, and sister, Joan Lee Russell and brother-in-law, Norman Russell.

Left to cherish her memory are her sister, Patricia (Allan) Ketzell II of Brookside, nephew, Allan G. (Jessica) Ketzell III, niece, Dawn (Lloyd) Ketzell Boston, nephew, Patrick Russell, Thomas Morgan II, great nieces, Claire Morgan Daubenmeyer,  Kasey Boston (Ashton) Shaffer, Natalie (Caden Whiteley) Boston, Alexandra, Julianna Miller and great nephew, Nicholas Miller.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, March 23, 2023, from 1 till time of service at 2pm at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, OH 43912.
