Shirley A. (Richards) Spoon, 80, of Colerain, OH, died Sun. 3, 2013 in East Ohio Regional Hospital Long Term Care. She was born in Martins Ferry, OH a daughter of the late Marian Richards. Shirley was a member of the First Christian Church of Martins Ferry and the Colerain Ruritan. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" W. Spoon and a son, Jeff Spoon. Surviving are her son, Mark K. Spoon of Lutz, FL, her daughter, Joyce Dayton of Colerain, a sister, Sandy (Ed) Sambuco and a brother Denny (Debbie) Walker both of Mt. Pleasant, OH and her little angel, Hailey. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013 at 11:00 am with Minister Rod Kasler officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to the Colerain Volunteer Fire Dept., P.O.
