Stephen E. Fluharty, 37, of Jerusalem, Ohio passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2011, at Barnesville Hospital. Stephen was born March 15, 1974 in Wheeling, West Virginia. Stephen was a member of the First Baptist Church of Barnesville. His love of the outdoors included: hunting, fishing, riding his 4-wheeler, and mud digging. Stephen is preceded in death by his grandparents, Jim Coss and Gail Inherst;and two uncles, Dwight Thompson and Timothy Inherst. Stephen is survived by his wife, Robin Fluharty; two sons, Shade and Sonny; parents, Dave and Cathy Carter, Jim and Donna Fluharty, and Wayne and Cheryl Moore; three sisters, Crystal, Becky, and Jamie, grandmother, Carol Coss; aunt, Wanda Thompson; a host of extended family members; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Friends and family may call Friday, 4:00 to 8:00 PM, at where services will be conducted on Saturday, 11:00 AM. Pastor Rodney West will be officiating.
