Stephen C. Foster, 59, of Bethesda went to be with his Lord on August 18, 2022 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on Oct 6, 1962, the son of Marjorie and the late Carl Foster.

He was a member of the Morristown Christian Church; in his younger years, he served as a Junior Deacon.  He was a 1981 graduate of Union Local High School.  He loved tractors, trains, and movies.  He was a kind and very generous person, always wanting to give.  A special thanks to his former employer, Mehlman's Cafeteria, for all their support and a special thanks to his uncle David for all of his generous support.

He is survived by his mother, Marjorie Foster; two brothers, Timothy and Joseph (Carrie) Foster; a very special niece, Emma Jo Foster; and a loving uncle, David Jenewein; and cousins.
