Stephen M. Shively ,54, of St. Clairsville, OH died November 4, 2017. He was born July 22, 1963, in Wheeling, WV a son of the late William "Tex" and Patricia (Craig) Shively. He was an employee at Paramount Support Services, a U.S. Airforce Veteran, and a member of the East Richland Evangelical Friends Church. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Susan (Hretzok) Shively of St. Clairsville; daughter, Stephanie Shively of St. Clairsville; siblings, Craig Shively of St. Clairsville, Andrew Shively of Findlay, OH, April (Richard) Ishmael of Monck's Corner SC, and Janie (Tim) Myers of Lansing, OH.
