SUZANNE VICKERS, 87, of Colerain, died Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling. She was born July 17, 1921 in Martins Ferry, the daughter of the late Alfred and Margaret (Owens) Gold. Suzanne was a draftsman with Continental Can and Sylvania and was a retired realtor with Bob Smith Realty and Century 21 Bethel Agency. She was a Past Worthy Matron with the Eastern Star and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Martins Ferry and the Ohio Valley Antique Car Club. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Howard Vickers. Suzanne is survived by two daughters Margaret Roberts of Colerain and Jane Roberts of Atlanta, GA as well as a step-daughter Christine Golden of Toledo, OH. Visitation will be Friday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside. Friends are then invited to attend visitation Saturday from 10 am until the time of Suzanne's funeral services at 11 am at the First Presbyterian Church in Martins Ferry with the Reverend Dr. John Helgeson officiating. Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry. Memorial contributions may be made to the Colerain Fire Company, PO Box 3, Colerain, Ohio 43916
