Tacy M. (Smith) Kruger, 90, of Bellaire, OH, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH died Monday, July 24, 2017 at County Club Retirement Center, Bellaire, OH. She was born March 24, 1927 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late George H. and Anna (Ross) Smith. She was retired from East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Charles Kruger, brothers; Thomas, Frank, George, Harold, Russell and Charles Smith and Bigler Myers and Pete Myers and sister, Nora Lee Tracey. Surviving are several nieces and nephews including Jacqueline Tracey of Martins Ferry, with whom she resided with for the last 20 + years. Burial will be at the convenience of the family at Greenwood Cemetery, Bellaire, OH. Condolences to the family may be made by signing the guest book at the top of this posting.
